Annual Build-a-Backpack Registration Now Open

Burke County United Way, The Outreach Center, and Burke County Public Schools have teamed up again to provide backpacks, pre-filled with school supplies to Burke County students (K-12) in need.

Parents who wish to sign their students up for a backpack this year may register online at this link: https://bit.ly/3hrqQgu.

The final day to register for a backpack is August 7th, 2020 OR when the 1,000-backpack limit has been met.

Due to COVID-19, there will NOT be an in-person Back-to-School Bash event held this year. Instead, registered students will receive backpacks at their school from their school ‘s Guidance Counselor.
