Burke County United Way presents Toast of the Town 2018!

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2018

Join Us at Hidden Hill Venue, 6572 Burkemont Road, Morganton, for an evening of Casual EleganceBegin the evening with Cocktails & Hors d'oeuvres on the lawn followed by elegant, savory and sweet delectable small plate selections by Chef Extraordinaire Jill Marcus from Something Classic. Enjoy the breath taking views while dancing under the stars to the rhythm from Sandra Bennet & The Riverstones.

TOAST OF THE TOWN is THE signature community FUNdraising experience where friends and community gather to support and invest in the children of Burke County.

PROCEEDS from Toast of the Town will support the Burke County United Way, 4 Burke Kids (4BK) -Embracing the Future Fund. Grants will be awarded through a vetted allocation process to local organizations that provide services to the youth in our community.

FUNdraising EXPERIENCE The $60 ticket price assists in providing the evening’s dining and entertainment experience, but then the true FUNdraising begins! There will be a brief presentation regarding the needs of children in our community. Guests will be provided an opportunity to purchase a raffle ticket(s) to win an outstanding prize and/or make a tax-deductible donation to support the 4BK fund.
